The Howden Court is a happy, friendly, family run hotel in the centre of Torquay. The hotel is ideal for families, the grounds are large and lead onto our private pathway to Torquay seafront and Torquay Harbour.  Take a boat ride to visit Agatha Christie's former home at Greenaway. 

We are only 15 yards from TORQUAY LAWN TENNIS CLUB!

We are constantly striving to provide a better product & service for our guest, many of whom return year after year and sometimes visit us several times in one year!

There are many ways to relax at the Howden Court. The hotel has a games room with dart board, pool table and table tennis. The full programme of entertainment makes the bar a great fun place to be in the evenings and it's a nice way to meet new friends.

Note that the hotel reception, bar, dining room, lounge and garden are all on the ground level - no steps!
